We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of receipt of your purchase where appropriate - unless stated otherwise in the original product listing

For the most part, what you see in our listings is the actual product purchased and sent, save and except some after market products that we have more than one of, inclusive of our Starrion & Conquest Silhouette Renditions.

As a rule of thumb, electrical related products are only taken from vehicles that I know something about... i.e. They ran well, I drove them, etc However, if you believe there is a defect in such item, then either you can have a refund or an exchange, based on whether or not there is a substitute item available for replacement. As relative to an exchange, you will only have to pay for the return shipping of the product.

Generally speaking, we can provide a return label cheaper than you can return said item via a retail method, whereas the amount of the return label will be deducted from your refund. We ask that returns be sent in the same package as received, as it affects our ability to purchase a return label.
